He has not limited building qualifications:
- To run, supervise and control the technical aspects of the building works
- To run and control the production of the building construction elements
- To assess the technical state of the any buildings
He is a member of the Kujavian-Pomeranian Voivodship Chamber of Civil Engineers in Bydgoszcz.
He is a graduate of the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz (currently University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz).
Since the beginning he is a shareholder and the CEO of the Baupol limited liability company.
