Our team

The management team of Baupol is divided into building & construction works and prefabrication plant. There are 3 site construction teams managed by the site construction managers with proper qualifications as well as 1 team dedicated to the fit-out and renovation works for the “turn key” projects.

The team working at the prefabricated plant, supervised by the Vice-presient of the BoD Mr. Grzegorz Jazłowski, comprises of the prefabrication production manager, proxy of the BoD for the production control and the project manager of the prefabricated construction along with the team working onsite.

Additional building and construction works and “turn keys” projects are coordinated by the Vice-presient of the BoD Mr. Marek Pietrzak. The other projects for the prefabrication plant and construction expertise projects are coordinated by the Vice-presient of the BoD Mr. Grzegorz Jazłowski.

Coordination of the BoD over the employee and health and safety cases are coordinated bt the Director of the BoD office Ms. Grażyna Szypura.
