The scope of works covered:
- Injection of the fundamentals
- Unearthing of the fundamentals
- Isolation of walls in STO technology
- Outside lightning installations
- Reinforcement of the walls with Helibard bars
- Wall isolation with mineral cotton in STO technology
- Exchange of the window and door woodwork
- Construction of the aluminium-glass facades
- Creating the ENEA logo
- Stone cladding of the stairs
- Roofing and electrical works
