He has not limited building qualifications:
- To run, supervise and control the technical aspects of the building works
- To run and control the production of the building construction elements
- To assess the technical state of the any buildings
- To prepare the architectural construction and building projects
He is a certified building surveyor (position 5/05/R/C) by the decision of the Main Construction site Inspector Building Association as of 06.01.2005. He is also entitled by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways to design and supervise the construction reinforcements from the composite FRP materials. He is a member of the Kujavian-Pomeranian Voivodship Chamber of Civil Engineers in Bydgoszcz.
He is a graduate of the IV High School in Bydgoszcz as well as a graduate of the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz (currently University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz). For 24 year he has been in Baupol as the vice-president and the shareholder of the company.
